About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Environmental Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality environmental services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of fieldwork, data analysis, technical writing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform industrial hygiene assessments and testing services, including asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, radon, and indoor air quality.

  • Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA), including site inspections, historical research, regulatory reviews, and technical writing.

  • Support Phase II ESA activities including sampling of soil, groundwater.

  • Maintain strong and professional communication with project stakeholders.

  • Ensure all work complies with applicable federal, state, and local environmental and occupational health regulations.

Qualifications

  • Current Louisiana accreditation for Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor, Asbestos Inspector, and/or Lead-Based Paint Inspector.

  • NIOSH 582 equivalent training for Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM) analysis.

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, Public Health, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience with technical writing.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively within a team.

  • Willingness to travel to project sites and stay overnight, as needed.

  • Willingness to work nights and weekends, as needed.
